Lawful bases and data protection rights:

You can request other information such as details about where we get personal information from and who we share personal information with. Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data

Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide and improve products and services for clients are:

• Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:

o Stretton and Co. may gain access to some of your personal data such as your name, phone number or email address. This data will only be used for the purpose of market research we also like to audio-record the interview for our analysis purposes. Individuals are free to object to this without impacting participation. Stretton and Co. may keep the interview data on record for 5 years after you participate in the study. We will also remind you at the beginning of the interview not to mention any personal identifiable information so it does not get recorded. All information will be collected in accordance to the UK & EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) and will solely be used for research purposes. Data will be analysed anonymously and in aggregate format i.e. not linked to your business or person.
